Application Developer (Contract) – Posim Petroleum Marketing

Posim Petroleum Marketing are looking for an experienced Application Developer to support the development, customisation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) applications. This role will be involved in application development, system integration, reporting, testing and deployment to support business and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize clean X++ code, create extensions, and build custom forms, tables, and classes following Microsoft best practices.
  • Design and modify SSRS reports.
  • Use Azure DevOps for source control (Git/TFS), build pipelines, and code deployments.
  • Perform unit testing, debug technical issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in application development or a related role
  • Proficient in X++, C#, .NET and SSRS
  • Hands-on experience with D365 F&O architecture, extensions framework, and Visual Studio development tools
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), or Power Platform components.
  • Basic familiarity with core ERP business processes (Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Finance)
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Power Apps integrations will be added advantage
