Job Description
- Support the Design Team in planning, executing, and coordinating store layout and renovation projects.
- Assist in preparing layout drawings and design documentation, and coordinate closely with superiors, buyers, and external vendors.
- Ensure design concepts are implemented accurately and projects are completed according to schedule.
- Assist in sourcing materials, samples, and obtaining quotations for design proposals.
- Support space planning and concept development for new stores and renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements, monitor site progress, and ensure design accuracy and compliance with approved plans.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Design Team as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for layout drawings; basic knowledge of SketchUp for 3D drawings and simple renderings.
- Good presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Able to work well in a team, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
